Market Overview KPIs
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see four key performance indicators:
- Total Market Size - Combined weekly revenue across all tracked companies
- Week-over-Week Change - Percentage change from the previous week
- Market Leader - The company with the highest market share
- Top Performer - The company with the best weekly growth
Market Segments
Filter data by market segment using the dropdown:
- All Companies - View the complete market
- Primary Market - Original ticket sellers (Ticketmaster, AXS)
- Secondary Market - Resale platforms (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc.)
Time Range Filters
Adjust the time period displayed on charts:
- 4W - Last 4 weeks (Free tier limit)
- 12W - Last 12 weeks (Pro)
- 6M - Last 6 months (Pro)
- 1Y - Last year (Pro)
- All - Full history, 150+ weeks (Pro)

The main chart shows weekly revenue over time for each company. Toggle between:
- Area Chart - Stacked view showing total market with company breakdown
- Line Chart - Individual company trend lines for comparison
- Bar Chart - Weekly comparison bars by company
Market Share Chart
Displays each company's percentage of total market revenue. Useful for understanding competitive positioning and market concentration.
Share Movement (Gainers & Losers)
Shows which companies are gaining or losing market share over the selected period. Companies are categorized as:
- Gaining - Increasing market share (green)
- Losing - Decreasing market share (red)
- Stable - Minimal change in market share
Competitive Matrix (Pro)
A quadrant chart positioning companies by market share (size) and growth rate:
- Stars (top-right) - High share, high growth
- Question Marks (top-left) - Low share, high growth
- Cash Cows (bottom-right) - High share, low growth
- Dogs (bottom-left) - Low share, low growth
Seasonal Analysis (Pro)
Shows average performance by month using a seasonal index where 100 represents the average. Values above 100 indicate above-average months; below 100 indicates below-average.
ML Predictions (Pro)
Machine learning-based forecasts showing predicted revenue with confidence intervals. Uses Linear Regression and Holt's exponential smoothing methods.

How often is the data updated?
Data is updated weekly, typically within 1-2 days after each week ends. The "week ending" date shown represents the Sunday of each week.
Where does the data come from?
TixQuant aggregates publicly available market data and proprietary research to estimate weekly revenue for each ticketing company.
Why is Live Nation excluded?
Live Nation primarily operates as a concert promoter and venue operator. Its ticketing revenue is largely captured through Ticketmaster, which we track separately.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to your Account Settings and click "Upgrade to Pro". You'll be taken to a secure checkout powered by Stripe.
How do I connect the Discord bot?
Pro subscribers can connect Discord from their Account Settings. Generate a link code, then use the /link command in Discord to connect your account.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How accurate are the ML predictions?
Predictions are estimates based on historical trends and should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions. The R² value shown indicates model accuracy, with higher values representing better fit to historical data.
